OPTIMIZATION OF THE VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT SYSTEM TO IMPROVE CARE AT NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE GASTROENTEROLOGY SERVICE, LIMA

Abstract
The current era of information and technological evolution coupled with the continuous improvement of management systems in the health sector seeking efficient and reliable automation, allows us to develop a project with the aim of designing and implementing software capable of improving the virtual system. of appointments that has been used within the management at the National Hospital, as a pilot program to meet the immediate and scheduled care needs of the large number of people who are seen daily, a stratified sampling is carried out, in order to to reflect the innumerable complaints of the population who need to have an accessible, easily understood and unified system, which allows them to separate their appointments from the comfort of their home.
