ESTILOS DE VIDA DE LOS INTERNOS DE ENFERMERÍA EN EL HOSPITAL REGIONAL MANUEL NUÑEZ BUTRÓN PUNO, 2020

Abstract

 Butrón Regional Hospital-Puno 2020-l whose objective was to determine the lifestyles of the Nursing Interns at the Manuel Núñez Butrón Regional Hospital in Puno, 2020 The study was carried out at the MNB Regional Hospital of Puno, in the months of January and February 2020, applying the Profile of a healthy lifestyle whose instrument used was the Nola Pender (PEPS-I) to the nursing interns, with 48 items distributed in six dimensions. The study was quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional, the population consisted of 46 nursing interns and the sample was considered to be 100% of the population. The statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS statistical package version 23. reaching the following result: 100% (46) nursing interns, 47.8% (22) adopt a moderately healthy lifestyle, 45.7% (21) maintain a lifestyle. healthy life and only 6.5% (3) have an unhealthy lifestyle. In relation to the six dimensions; three were healthy in a higher percentage: nutrition, interpersonal support and self-actualization, the remaining three: exercise, responsibility in health and stress management were moderately healthy in a high percentage. In Conclusion: The lifestyle of nursing interns is moderately healthy.
